Information we collect

When you create a passkey, we collect your TikTok username and display name for your Battles profile. We also collect your phone number and email as private account recovery contacts in case you lose access to your passkey.

You can also choose to provide your gender. Gender is optional and is only used to help people set matching preferences.

Sale of information

We do not sell any of your information at this time.

Your Creator Network

If you link your account with a Creator Network, information related to you may be made available to that Creator Network.

Your recovery phone number, email, and optional gender do not appear on your profile and are not shared with Creator Networks.

Battle posters

When you generate a connected battle poster, Lawless stores each version, its prompts, event details, reference photos, and generated images in its database for 45 days from creation. Rejected images remain private and are not available to preview or share. Account erasure may remove these records sooner.

AI generation and safety checks process selected information through OpenRouter and configured model providers. These routes require zero data retention qualification; this does not prevent providers from processing your information during the request. AI portrait generation sends both creators’ profile photos. Recovery contacts are not included.

Your account receives 50 poster generation tokens each UTC calendar month. Accepted generation attempts, including blocked or failed attempts, use one token. Posters you save to Photos or share outside Battles are separate copies and are not removed by Battles’ retention cleanup.
