These Terms and Conditions apply to the Battle website and Battle: Find Your Match app, provided by Lawless Creators (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Battle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who can use Battle
You must be at least 18 years old to use Battle. You must also be able to enter into an agreement and meet the requirements of any third-party service you use with Battle. See our age requirement for more information.
If you act on behalf of a Creator Network or another organization, you must have permission to represent it and manage its activities.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your profile and agency affiliation up to date. Protect your devices, passkeys, and account access. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent an affiliation, or access an account without permission. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
Use Battle lawfully and treat other creators with respect. You must not:
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or discriminate against others.
- Post unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or infringing content, or share someone else’s private information without permission.
- Send spam, manipulate match results, or use deceptive activity to disrupt battles or tournaments.
- Bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or collect other users’ information without authorization.
4. Battles, tournaments, and Creator Networks
Battle helps creators find opponents, coordinate schedules, and organize tournaments. LIVE broadcasts take place on TikTok. You are responsible for confirming event details, meeting eligibility requirements, following the organizer’s published rules, and reporting results honestly.
Tournament organizers are responsible for their event rules and resolving result disputes. Joining an event or Creator Network does not guarantee a matchup, participation, audience growth, gifts, earnings, or any other outcome. Battle does not guarantee another participant’s attendance or conduct.
5. Your content and our service
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give us permission to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate Battle and make it available to the participants or Creator Networks involved in the features you use. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
Battle’s software, branding, and other materials belong to Lawless Creators or their respective owners. Using the service does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
6. Third-party services
Battle is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. TikTok and other linked services have their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, content, account decisions, or actions.
App Store downloads are also subject to the applicable App Store terms and app license, including Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement where applicable.
7. Availability and ending access
Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, protect users or the service, or comply with legal obligations. You may stop using Battle at any time. Contact us for help with your account.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Battle is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information provided by other users.
To the extent permitted by law, Lawless Creators is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Battle, including lost profits or opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights or excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Battle develops. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Where required by law, we will provide notice or ask for your agreement before changes take effect. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the service.
